6e30f832ee Gate /routes and route_details to staging only via NODE_ENV. Production hides both. /health still works everywhere but redacts route metadata when NODE_ENV=production. Pushed to test branch so it deploys to the staging proxy via Drone.

a26107fefd Add detailed startup logs (registered routes, credential slots, key prefix), per-request access logs with timestamps, /routes diagnostic endpoint, and improved 404 error responses that list available routes. Push to test branch so it deploys to the staging proxy via Drone.
